While searching for some new Script-Fu scripts for Gimp (cause I’m lazy) I ran across this tutorial on how to take a normal image and create a pencil drawing effect. Very cool and very simple!

Unixmen showcased 5 free plugins for Gimp that may or may not break the wow barrier, but are cool in their own right. The watermark script is handy for those dealing with original artwork and the Fibonacci spiral script could make a sweet background of your favorite pic (or pics!)
