Dad, Tammy, Dale, and Margy braved the less than desirable (aka SHITTY) Iowa winter roads today to spend Christmas day with us, and we greatly appreciate it. We’re very glad they made it home in one piece

I will have more pics Sunday afternoon after the Mother’s Christmas events this weekend. And, I’ve got an “overall” video in the works but that may take me a while to edit up and get on YouTubers.

Yeah that’s exactly what we need here in Iowa, more snow and shitty roads. It seems Mother Nature and her never ending quest to jack with my schedule is looking to dump more snow on us right in the middle of our holiday travel plans. Seriously, who pissed in her Cheerios?!

Since the snow is likely to keep us indoors we’ll be playing tons of games to pass the time. What are your favorite games to play during the holidays?

Happy Belated New Year’s everyone! Needless to say I was a bit incapacitated following the festivities, so my posting is somewhat delayed.

Had a great time at our place with the usual suspects. Glad everyone could make it!

Sent Bryan back to Cali at 4:30am this morning. Hoping he can close on his new house soon and start moving in. Besides, that big of a house is prime for house guests! (wink wink)

Time to shore up all my overdue laundry, house chores, etc this weekend. Maybe bust out some Mario Kart Wii if Ulmer isn’t too skurred.

We had our 5 Christmases (and 1 still to come) and enjoyed each one of them. Thank you all for the lovely gifts and great times.

New Year’s Eve: Party at our place!  Bring an extra pair of underpants because it will be piss-yourself-fun!
