Tonight we’ll have our first 3+ player game of Order of the Stick! Starting at 6pm so I’m guessing the game should have Xyklon down by 11pm-ish. Our latest 3 player game was large enough, so I’m trying to come up with a way to organize the layout better:

While strolling through the mall (we were there for a specific item, not like we are mall rats or anything. Actually on second thought it would be fine to be a mall rat, one of the best movies ever, anyhow…) we usually stop into one of the game stores and poke around for a bit.

This time we stumbled upon another “must have”. Order of the Stick: The Adventure Game. Based on the comic (link in the sidebar) this game brings the feel of DnD with a splash of completely ridiculous comedy to your kitchen table.

Our first game took about 4 hours total, spanned over two nights. We were still learning the in’s and out’s of the rather extensive 26-page rulebook with attached errata sheet and 8-page “quick guide”. It sounds like a lot but our next game should fit within the 2-3 hour expected time frame.
